MASTER TOUR x NITO
Eventric is proud to team up with the National Independent Talent Organization (NITO)
The advocacy group that's had independent agencies' and managers’ backs since the industry needed it most
NITO started as one phone call. In April 2020, as COVID shut live entertainment down overnight, artist manager Frank Riley rang 14 fellow agencies — and that call grew into a network of over 100 members fighting for independents across the business. Alongside NIVA and other industry stakeholders, NITO helped to get the Save Our Stages Act passed, putting over $900 million in relief directly into the hands of talent agencies and management companies who needed it to survive. Today, NITO's members work with more than 7,500 touring artists and the 30,000 crew, tour managers, and other professionals who keep those careers moving.
"NITO is dedicated to making this industry better and more accessible to everyone. That starts by ensuring artists and their teams have the best tools to run their business efficiently. Teaming up with Master Tour to help build and improve this product that so many of our members are already using is a no brainer. We’re excited to start building together in this new partnership. — Nathaniel Marro, Executive Director, NITO"
That's the kind of work Eventric is proud to stand behind. Many of NITO's member artists already run their tours on Master Tour, and their insights will help build a better platform for everyone. Every artist starts out independent — indies are the foundation this whole industry is built on, and backing their growth has always been part of why Eventric exists.
"NITO has already proven what independents can do when they work together. We're not just cheering that on from the sidelines. We're building the tools that help that community keep growing stronger." — Branden Harper, President, Eventric
For Eventric's community team, the partnership is also about staying close to the people actually running tours day to day.
"We didn't get here by guessing what the industry needs, we got here by staying close to the community. Partnering with NITO puts us shoulder to shoulder with the agencies and artists who've been building this business from the ground up, and that connection is only going to get stronger." — Liv Carter, Head of GTM, Eventric
That perspective is echoed by the independent managers who make up NITO's membership.
"As an artist manager, Master Tour has become an essential part of our touring operation. It has transformed the way our team communicates in real time, simplified itinerary creation, and ensured everyone has immediate access to the latest tour information. The result is a more organized, efficient, and connected team—allowing us to spend less time managing logistics and more time supporting our artists. — Nelly Neben, Axis Artist Management
Eventric and NITO are focused on the same thing: making sure the people who make live entertainment happen get the support and fair treatment they've earned.
