Support is available to all customers, regardless of whether you are a paid or free subscriber.

We are available for phone and chat support during business hours and we try our best to answer email at all times. Or perhaps you’d like someone from Eventric to head over to the venue production office when you’re in town? We love to meet our customers in-person!
