A Rich Request Management User Interface
Guest lists are often managed using spreadsheets. On the plus side, spreadsheets are simple and fast to edit. The downside is that it’s not so easy to break out the requests and examine the list in a multitude of ways. Our rich interface takes the best aspects of a spreadsheet and allows you to simply click and edit a cell. However the data is tightly organized, allowing you to arrange and generate reports that give you total visibility of your guest requests.
Customized Email Notifications
Your guests need to be notified automatically at various stages of the request process. And because VIP guests all deserve special attention, a canned email won’t suffice. Live Access allows you to customize all messages and control the outgoing email address as well. The result is that your VIP guests always feel informed and comfortable that their request is being handled personally. It takes the mystery out of the process for your guests, and results in fewer phone calls for you to handle.
Settlement and Reporting
Your final guest list reports can be exported to Excel, or saved as a PDF to be sent to the box office or will call. Meanwhile, a guest web portal allows VIPs to serve themselves, so they can view their ticket statuses whenever they want. Eventric has a variety of reports and methods for settling shows, including wiring funds for each show or settling on a schedule defined by you.
