Master Tour 1.2.45 - Tripit Integration & Time Display

Master Tour 1.2.45 is available immediately.  Restart Master Tour and you will be prompted to upgrade or visit my.eventric.com to download manually.

Import From Tripit

tripit-authorizeSeveral people on the road have been telling us that they like using Tripit to organize their travel reservations.  If you're not familiar, Tripit allows you to forward all of your travel confirmation emails and they parse all of the information into an organized format, saving you a ton of typing.

Master Tour can now import travel data from your Tripit account via their API.  You can use this with either a free personal or business Tripit account. This feature is still in beta and has a few limitations.  Hotel reservations aren't currently imported but we should have those working by the next release.  The party name isn't imported at the moment either, but we're trying to find a way to get that information from the Tripit API.  We'd like to get your feedback and suggestions if you try the Tripit import feature.

You can access this feature from the File->Import menu.

Schedule Time Display Options

time-displayWe've had several requests to include items on a schedule with no time or TBD to indicate that an activity doesn't occur at an exact time.  o accomodate this we've added a setting to customize how the time displays for each schedule item.  You can specify that the time is approximate, TBD or hide the time altogether.

This new setting is available for all schedule items including travel and will display accordingly on printed reports and the mobile devices.

Misc Updates

A few minor bugs have been squashed including 'null' appearing on the dashboard when no city/state is entered.  You can now search for contacts based on their company name. (You may need to head to the menu Advanced->Rebuild Search Index before results will start showing up)

As always we appreciate your feedback and ideas.  Feel free to hit the "Send Feedback" button in Master Tour, send us an email, phone, twitter or just stop by our office in Chicago!
