Does Master Tour work for multiple bands?

Enterprise users of Master Tour can add as many bands and organizations as they wish. Single user accounts are currently limited to one Organization and one Artist.

 

Can I access Master Tour information on my mobile phone?

We currently have mobile applications available to iPhone users as well as BlackBerry users. You can also access your data through any other smart phone via our mobile site: m.eventric.com

Does Master Tour work for small bands?

Master Tour will work for bands and tours of any size. We've also had people use it for event planning, sports events, and even a political campaign.

 

Do I need an Internet connection to run Master Tour?

Master Tour works with and without an Internet connection.  You need an Internet connection to register for Master Tour and to sync data with other users (as well as access some Internet services like Google Maps).  Once you get an internet connection and sync, your data is backed up to our servers.

 

Is my data secure?

Your data cannot be accessed by anyone unless you invite them into to your sync group. All of your Master Tour data resides on your local hard drive and changes are only sent encrypted to our servers if you elect to sign up for our Enterprise (syncing) account.

 

Where is our data stored?

Your data is stored securely on your local hard drive and is sent encrypted to our servers if you are syncing with others. 

 

Does Master Tour support multiple currencies?

Yes.  In the accounting/settlement module you can designate the currency for each amount field.

 

Does Master Tour come in other languages than English?

Currently, Master Tour only comes in English. This may change at a later date. Please check the site for frequent updates on the software, as well as the status of additional language support.

 

I have a suggestion for a new feature. Where do I log it?

In the Master Tour program, there is a Send Feedback button located at the bottom right hand corner of the program. This will allow users to provide the development team with feedback as well as bug reports.

Account & Billing

How do I add users to my account?

Users can be added to your account at any time, but please keep in mind that in order for users to have the ability to edit information, they will need to have a paid account. I lost or changed my computer. How do I re-set up my account and data?

Please contact This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it to have the install link sent to you. Once you reinstall the program, you will need to agree to the user agreement and enter your information into the existing user section on the right. You will be asked to enter your password once more; enter your password again. You will now be able to get your most-recently sync'ed data to your new machine.

 

Can I downgrade my subscription?

You can upgrade or downgrade your subscription at anytime by contacting This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it . Master Tour makes it easy for organizations to add or remove move users as their tour expands or contacts.

 

Can I suspend my subscription?

With our new monthly subscription model, you can now pay for the months that you use master tour and suspend your subscription for the months that you do not need to access your data. Where do I download iPhone/BlackBerry App?

On your mobile device's browser, go to m.eventric.com. This will point you to the device specific downloads.

 

How do I create a calendar user?

You need JavaScript enabled to view it with the full names and email addresses of your new users and indicate the name of the organization that you would like them added to. Once these have been created, you just need to add the users in your Sharing tab within your organization overview.

 

How do I configure Calendar sharing (iCal/Google Cal)

In Master Tour, go to the Tour section. In the Overview tab, there will be a link to Calendar Sharing. Clicking this link will open a web browser. Please follow the instructions on the screen. Once you have completed the instructions, send the newly generated links to the people in your organization.

 

How do I delete an Event from a Day?

You can easily delete events from any day within Master Tour. If you click on the name of your leg (it will highlight it in blue), you will see a tab called dates appear in the main window. If you then click on checkbox of the date that you would like to edit, you will see the events associated with that date appear below. You can then click the red X to the right of the event to remove it from the system.

 

How do I configure a schedule / default schedule?

If you click on the name of your artist, you will see a Schedules tab in the main window. Here you will see a list of default schedules that ship with Master Tour (Arena, Nightclub etc.). You can click on one of these to edit it or create your own by...

 

How can I have a user access ONLY certain artists/tours?

In order to keep different users from viewing different artists or tours, you will need to create seperate organizations. Once the different organizations have been created, click on the sharing tab in the Organization section and enter user information per organization.

 

How can I grant limited access to certain modules?

In the Organization section, click on the sharing tab. If you have administrator access, you will be able to change users based on the type of access you would like them to have. Currently, there are four different roles - Itinerary and Accounting, Itinerary, Calendar Reader, and Administrator. Itinerary users can access Itinerary, Guest List, and Accounting. How can I configure Guest List Pass Types?

Guest list pass types can be configured in the Guest List Passes tab within the Artist overview. Once you have clicked on the artist's name, you will see the Guest List Pass tab. You can create a new pass type by clicking the Add Pass Type button in the bottom-right corner. This will create a new row in the table above that will allow you to create a pass type abbreviation and allow you to define the new type, as well as its material.

 

How can I choose which contact numbers appear on Dailies?

The contacts can be added in the Events tab in the Itinerary section. Promoter contacts can be attached by opening the promoters section and clicking Attach Contact.
