Your Master Tour subscription comes with phone or e-mail based support at no additional charge. But what if you need some additional help? What if computers aren't your gig? What if you needed some help getting your tour set up, your tour book printed, and your users connected? What if you are really pressed for time and cannot even spend a couple hours on your system start up?
That's where Master Tour Services fills the gap. We now offer a couple of low-priced services plans to help you with some of the work. We have two basic sets of services available for you:
Master Tour Setup - $50 per tour
- Build initial routing/dates into Master Tour
- Multi-user account setup, installation, and configuration
- Primary account administrator one-on-one training
Tour Book Data Entry and Configuration - $150 per tour
- All "tour book" level data entry
- Enter crew and personnel details
- Enter vendor and contact details
- Develop geographic map including routing points
- Customize tour book and coordinate with printer
How to Request Services
It's easy to request Master Tour services. Just submit a request on our support page and make sure your desired service in the drop down menu. Once you submit we will get back to you within 1 day. Since we can connect to your tour there is no need to do anything further. Please attach any related documents we might need to assist you.
