Our simple, iCal-like interface with drag-and-drop makes setting up schedules easy. Share your calendar information with each user's calendar manager.	Travel Manage your tour's travel info all in one place - flights, bus, van, and lodging. Store people's travel preferences. There is even a tour routing map with directions and live traffic via Google Maps. Check out the weather where you're going for the next few days.
Publicity Our special publicity tool manages and coordinates all publicity activities. You can share this information with label PR, management, and keep artists apprised with updates to their mobile phones.	Default Schedules Default Schedules give you the ability to set up "stock" schedules (day show, night show, day off) so that you don't have to re-enter everything every day on your tour.

Keep track of your entire personnel list: names, contact information, passport info, swag size - even per diem & radio #s.

Contacts & Vendors

Manage external contacts and vendors such as PR, label, travel agents, production, and booking agents.

Tasks Tasks are assigned to your personnel, connected to a schedule item, and even tracked across a whole tour.	Set Lists Create Set Lists on the fly for performers and crew that can be easily printed for posting. Master Tour maintains a detailed archive of set lists across tours.
Guest Lists Manage your "friends and family" tickets by maintaining a shared guest list including capabilities to manage requests, approvals, and credentials. Export and send your report day of show and avoid getting radioed to the box office.	Accounting Manage show settlements and track spending and income. Our powerful and flexible Settlement module uses spreadsheet-like formulas to calculate different figures based on guarantees, advances, promoter split, and any other deal structure.

Printing Print professionally designed tour books, day sheets, guest lists, travel information, and set lists. Print to PDF for easy emailing. You can even print to Avery labels for guest list ticketing.	Mobile Apps Access your schedules, tasks, contacts, travel as well as quick view venue and production data right from your mobile device. Mobile Master Tour is native for iPhone and Blackberry and other users can use their mobile browser for our formatted mobile site.
Email and SMS Communicate with individuals and groups through email and text messages.	Calendar Sharing You can publish calendars so that your users can synchronize with their desktop calendars, mobile calendars, and Google calendars.
