Zac Brown Band

The Grammy-award winning Zac Brown Band is a country music group from Atlanta, GA.

The entire Zac Brown Band touring organization is using Master Tour to run their tour operations.

Paul Chanon, the tour manager of  Zac Brown Band, had this to say about Master Tour: "we started using Master Tour earlier this year.  It has streamlined our flow of information and reduced the need for daily printed materials.  Everyone on tour is able to access the information from our day sheets as well as other vital tour information from both their phones and computers."

"Additionally, the information already present for venues and promoters cuts down on advance time and provides helpful pieces of information that we may not otherwise know in advance" said Chanon.

Metro - Chicago

Eventric friends Metro in Chicago is an iconic club responsible for helping break many bands over the years.  Metro's mission is to bring a cross-platform of the best local, regional and national emerging artists to Chicago. Since 1982, Metro has established itself as one of the country's premier cutting edge new music venues.

Master Tour works for all sized acts - from the club circuit to stadium tours.  Many Eventric customers find their way through Metro (as well as the bands of some of Eventric's team).  Metro is one of our most popular club venue records in the system and our close relationship with Metro keeps us working hard to make sure our applications are especially helpful to those acts who are really watching the bottom line.

The Decemberists

Capitol Records artists The Decemberists songs range from upbeat pop to instrumentally lush ballads, and often employ instruments like the accordion, Hammond organ, Wurlitzer organ, and upright bass.

Tour manager Eric Mayers is an avid Master Tour user. Master Tour provides Mayers a place to put all of the information that previously resided in those hefty binders and eliminates the need for a steady stream of email updates to everyone involved in the tour. The Master Tour Mobile iPhone application helps make sharing that information possible.

Mayers stated, "...with this iPhone app, I realized this thing can do real time - nobody needs to question the validity of it. All of a sudden people in the band and the crew know that when they're looking at the information it's as current as it can possibly be - and they can count on it."

Road Worthy

Eventric customers know the road.  Its only fitting that they have an application like Master Tour that works both on-line and off-line.  And off-line is the reality for a lot of places your van or bus pull into at 3am.

No Internet connection?  No problem.

You can still access your data and enter transactions.  Once you connect, your changes will synchronize with your group.

Plain White T's

After 10 years of work on the road, fellow Chicagoans and pop-punkers Plain White T's broke out big with their hit song "Hey There Delilah" in 2008, reaching #1 on the Billboard Hot 100.

Master Tour users since 2009, Plain White T's toured extensively in the US and Canada last year including a leg with Snow Patrol in the fall.

Production Focused

Many Eventric customers are focused on the production of live events.  It's one of the most critical factors of the quality of the performance and accounts for a great deal of budget.

Eventric was founded by production pros who know that small details have an outsized role on how things end up when the curtain rises and the last receipt is counted.

Norah Jones

Norah Jones is a singer-songwriter, pianist, keyboardist, and guitarist.  Her soul/country/folk voice and songs have propelled her to sell over 40 million records worldwide.  She's on the road in 2010 with over 45 dates supporting her new release The Fall

The Norah Jones tour uses Master Tour extensively. The whole tour uses Master Tour Mobile on the iPhone and Blackberry to organize and communicate schedules, tasks, travel information, contact information, and notifications.

Sugarland

Sugarland is an American country music duo composed of singer–songwriters Jennifer Nettles (lead vocals) and Kristian Bush (background vocals, lead vocals, mandolin, acoustic guitar, and harmonica).  In 2008 they released their third album, titled Love on the Inside. This album produced three #1 singles with "All I Want to Do," "Already Gone", and "It Happens."

In 2010 hard-working Sugarland is on the road again with "The Incredible Machine Tour" with 56 dates beginning in April.  Such touring prowess is supported by a great road team and Eventric's Master Tour.

Probably one of the biggest tours of 2010 is the Bon Jovi "Circle Tour" - you can't get bigger than BJ.  Eventric's Live Access in partnership with Bon Jovi and AEG is producing one of the best guest ticketing experiences for all involved - at volumes that parallel the fan support of this legendary band.
Software company SAP AG used Live Access to manage the permission-based ticket distribution for its main show during its 2009 Sapphire Conference - Don Henley.  SAP managed the seating of over 5,000 conference participants, including VIP customer guests.  Live Access was able to permit serveral SAP managers to invite guests to the show and manage the approvals all in one place.
In 2009, Eventric was there to help satisfy the almost desperate demand for the hottest ticket in town - the Jonas Brothers tour.  Live Access ensured that each guest request was handled flawlessly.  (Screams not included,)
Eventric was the guest ticketing system of choice for the Nine Inch Nails "Wave Goodbye" tour shows, probably one of the most sought-after tickets of the 2009 season. Trent Reznor made an concerted effort to ensure that all tickets are in the hands of fans instead of scalpers and Eventric was proud to be a part of that process.
John Mayer's worldwide 2010 Battle Studies tour is making use of Eventric's Live Access ticketing platform for each of its dates.
